Vol. 428 No. 1

Written Answers. - Architects' Fees.

Michael Noonan

Question:

487 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Education the reason two small final instalments on a fee account from a vocational education committee have not been paid to a firm of architects (details supplied).

The question of payment of the instalments is a matter in the first instance for the vocational education committee.

The position is that the firm of architects is employed by the vocational education committee which is responsible for issuing fee payments approved by my Department.

My Department has not been informed concerning any difficulties with fee payments to the firm of architects in question.
