Question:182 Mr. O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a person (details supplied) in County Kerry will receive payment under the EC special beef premium scheme, 1992.

The application of the person named for grants under the 1992 special beef premium scheme was rejected when subjected to validation check by computer. The error is being dealt with at present and, when resolved, the application will be processed further and if found in order payment will be made.
