184 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when payment of a special beef premium grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The person named already has been paid 1992 special beef premium scheme grants on his June application. He did not apply in the November/December 1992 or January/February 1993 application periods.
