The terms of reference of the Review Group are as follows:

The Review Group is composed of the following officers from my Department: Seán Ó Cofaigh, Assistant Secretary; Chris O'Grady, Principal Officer; Kevin Ó Driscoll, Programme Manager.
The Review Group hopes to report to me by the end of May 1993.
My Programme Manager has commenced a consultative process with the various interest groups involved and meetings have taken place in Clare, Wicklow and the Boyne Valley. Further consultations will take place shortly in respect of the Boyne Valley.
In the meantime, of course, I would, welcome views from all community and other interest groups in County Meath.
