111 Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the progress to date of an application from a person (details supplied) in County Wexford for a cereal levy refund; the likely outcome; the date the application was received; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
There is no record of receipt of an application in my Department under the scheme of aid for small producers of cereals for the person named in the question for the marketing year 1 July 1991 to 30 June 1992. The closing date for receipt of applications was 31 July 1992.
The deadline for payment of the aid was 31 December 1992.
