Question:113 Mr. E. Kenny asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he intends to restore pollution grants for farm development; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - Control of Farmyard Pollution Scheme.
I am continuing to monitor the level of expenditure under the control of farmyard pollution scheme and I expect to be in a position very shortly to allow a number of the applications already on hand to be processed for grant approval.
Grant aid for pollution control works continues to be available under the Farm Improvement Programme.
