203 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the proposals, if any, he has to provide additional milk quotas to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

An application for additional quota, on grounds of hardship, was submitted to the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal on behalf of the person referred to. I accepted the tribunal's recommendation and additional quota was allocated in this case.
