Question:66 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if, in view of the serious illness of a prisoner (details supplied), she will consider him for early release.
Written Answers. - Early Prison Release.
I have no plans to authorise early release for the person referred to in the question at this stage of his sentenece. The case, however, is being kept under continuous medical review and the question of release will be further considered from time to time in the light of medical advice.
