120 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance if, in respect of his Department or of his Ministers of State, he will give the names of any persons or agents, other than the established Civil Service, appointed by him to any position within the ambit of his Department since 10 February 1993; if he will give their job descriptions, terms of employment and salary scale; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
In so far as my Department and the offices under my aegis are concerned, no appointments have been made since 10 February 1993.

The information requested is as follows: Mr. Dan McGing and Mr. Michael Smith were reappointed to the ACC Bank Board of Directors; Ms Mary O'Connor; was reappointed to the ICC Bank Board of Directors; Mr. Tom Considine was; appointed to the ICC Bank Board of Directors.
