Question:105 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice the decision, if any, she has made on the application of a person (details supplied) for temporary release.
Written Answers. - Application for Temporary Release.
The person referred to in the Deputy's question was convicted of rape and sentenced to 12 years penal servitude. His release date with remission is 21 July 1997. I am not prepared to consider this offender for temporary release at this time.
