Business of Dáil.

It is proposed that, notwithstanding the Order of the House today, the following revised arrangements shall apply: (1) Business shall be interrupted at 5.30 p.m. today. (2) Second Stage of the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Bill, 1993, shall not be brought to a conclusion this evening. (3) Statements shall be made on Greencore immediately after Question Time and the following arrangements shall apply: (i) The opening statements of the Minister or Minister of State and of the main Opposition spokespersons for Fine Gael, the Progressive Democrats and the Technical Group shall not exceed 15 minutes in each case; (ii) the Minister or Minister of State shall be called upon to make a statement in reply not exceeding five minutes; and (iii) following the Minister's concluding statement the Minister shall take questions on the above matter, such questions to be brought to a conclusion not later than 5.30 p.m., and the Order shall not resume thereafter.

May I take it that these revised arrangements are agreed? Agreed.
