Question:

17 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Defence if he has received a draft constitution from the Reserve Defence Forces Representative Association; if so, when he will approve this; and if he has approved the rules for the conducting of the election now in progress.

The draft constitution has not been received in the Department.

The election rules of the Association are currently being examined in the Department and will be discussed with the Representative Association at a meeting to be arranged for early next month.
