142 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a 1991 suckler cow grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; if he will ensure that the cheque will be issued shortly; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The person named has been requested to furnish further medical evidence in connection with his application under the 1990 Suckler cow premium scheme for small-scale milk producers and when he does so his eligibility for grants under that scheme will be considered further.
He did not apply under the 1991 suckler cow scheme.
