Question:136 Mr. M. Kitt asked the Minister for the Environment when money will be provided to commence work on the Loughrea sewerage scheme, County Galway; and the present position on this scheme.
Written Answers. - Loughrea (Galway) Sewage Scheme.
Revised contract documents for this scheme, together with the necessary certification that all planning requirements (including wayleaves and land acquisition) have been completed, are awaited in my Department from Galway County Council. The question of providing funds does not arise at this stage.
