Question:

17 Mr. B. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Tourism and Trade the number of persons within his Department who are currently operating on a work-sharing basis; and if he intends to encourage a higher percentage of his staff to become involved in work-sharing projects.

(Donegal South-West): There are no members of my Department currently operating on a work-sharing basis. I will, of course, encourage and facilitate work-sharing in my Department where appropriate and feasible.
