Question:

51 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Justice if she has received the final report in respect of investigations into Greencore; if so, if she is considering any action as a result of these findings; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 49, 50 and 51 together.

It is presumed that the Deputy is referring to the investigation into the affairs of Siúicre Éireann CPT ordered by the High Court on 16 September 1991 under section 8 of the 1990 Companies Act, commonly known as the Greencore investigation.

The High Court ordered publication of the inspectors' report on 3 March 1992. There is a copy in the Oireachtas Library. My Department's only involvement with this inquiry related to the payment of the inspectors' fees under section 13 of the aforementioned 1990 Act.
