147 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment if he has any proposals to introduce legislation to deal with any aspect of the Government decisions on the Culliton report; and if so, if he will give details of the proposed legislation.

The Government decision, in so far as it affects my Department, relates, in the main, to the provision of infrastructure and falls to be dealt with in the context of the National Development Plan. Legislation will not be required.
