70 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Social Welfare if, in relation to Kilmount Community Association, which has applied to his Department for a grant, he will give details of when he proposes to make this grant available; the amount of this grant; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
71 Miss Harney asked the Minister for Social Welfare if, in view of the outstanding work the Tallaght Women's Awareness Group does in assisting the women of the greater Tallaght area, County Dublin, he will give favourable consideration to their application for grants under the grants to locally-based women's groups and the grants to voluntary organisations.
It is proposed to take Questions Nos. 70 and 71 together.
Applications have been received from the organisations concerned. The applications are at present being processed and as soon as decisions are made the organisations concerned will be notified.
