Question:191 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education if her attention has been drawn to the need for the new community school in Kinsale, County Cork; and when the building of the school will commence.

I am aware of the position in Kinsale. Architerctural planning of this project is proceeding.
As the 1993 capital allocation is fully committed the inclusion of the project in the 1994 capital programme will be considered in due course in the light of the available allocation and my Department's other commitments and priorities.
