124 Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications when a grant under the farm electrification grant scheme will be sanctioned for a person (details supplied) in County Galway who applied for the grant in January 1993.
The application in question was recently approved in my Department. The ESB will be in touch with the applicant shortly to quote him terms for supply. As soon as the ESB are notified of acceptance of the terms, the applicant will be placed on their work programme and the supply will be connected in due course.
