89 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for the Environment the financial allocations for 1993 for special housing aid for the elderly for the North Western Health Board area; the number of persons on the capital list; and the number of projected works estimated to be undertaken in 1993.

An initial allocation of £198,000 for 1993 has been notified to the North Western Health Board who, under the aegis of my Department, administer the scheme of special housing aid for the elderly within their area. The board has 228 applications on hands and estimates it will undertake 190 projects this year.
