Question:239 Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for the Environment if he will have arrangements made to reply to a letter sent to him on 17 May 1993 in relation to a person (details supplied).

I regret the oversight in replying to the Deputy's representations, to which a full reply has now issued. My Department had already been in touch directly with the person concerned in early September, 1993 following decision on the type of activities to be assisted under this year's recycling grants scheme.
