Vol. 434 No. 2

Written Answers. - Carlingford (Louth) Sewerage Scheme.

Dermot Ahern

Question:

254 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for the Marine the present position regarding the application by Louth County Council for a foreshore licence in connection with the Carlingford sewerage scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

An application from Louth County Council for permission to lay and maintain a sewage outfall pipe in connection with the Carlingford sewerage scheme is at present being processed in my Department and I hope to be in a position to make a decision in the matter very soon.
