161 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Health his views on the ongoing dispute in the community welfare section of the Eastern Health Board involving members of SIPTU and IMPACT; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am happy to inform the Deputy that the Eastern Health Board has confirmed that there is no industrial dispute in its community welfare service.
