The problem to which the Deputy refers is being addressed in the wider context of a resolution of the cash-flow difficulties being experienced by health boards. I have recently had discussions with my colleague, the Minister for Finance, about proposals which I have formulated for a resolution of the problem and I an hopeful that a satisfactory outcome will be agreed shortly.
