Question:96 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if she will consider the request of a prisoner (details supplied) for a transfer to an open prison or the Mountjoy Training Unit in view of his exceptional circumstances.
Written Answers. - Prisoner Transfer.
I am not prepared to consider a transfer for this offender at this stage of his sentence. I am, however, fully aware of the particular circumstances of this case and I will continue to keep it under review.
