87 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Marine if he will supply any data collected by his Department on the incidence of botulism in seagulls and other birds resulting from their poisoning at Ballealy tiphead, County Dublin and other landfill sites throughout Ireland.

The Department of the Marine has not collected any data on the incidence of botulism in seagulls and other birds arising from whatever source.
