137 Mr. J. Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received a proposal from Dublin Corporation seeking his agreement to a new career structure, including new promotional outlets, for Planning Inspectors who are employed by Dublin Corporation; and if he is in a position to indicate his agreement to that request.
