159 Mr. Browne (Carlow-Kilkenny) asked the Minister for Education the number of special schools for mentally handicapped with 12 teachers or more; and their location.

There are 12 special schools for mentally handicapped pupils with 12 teachers or more. The location of the schools is as outlined in the following tabular statement.
