112 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Education when the extension to a school (details supplied) in County Tipperary will be provided; the result of her promised review of the urgency of the extension; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
Architectural planning of the proposed extension to the school in question is near completion. The next stage is the invitation of tenders.
It has not been possible to include this project in the 1993 capital programme because of other projects deemed to be of a higher priority which had to take precedence. The project will be considered in due course for inclusion in the 1994 capital programme in the light of the available resources and the demands on those resources.
