208 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform the number of promotions within his Department to the posts of executive officer, staff officer and clerical officer for each of the years from 1988 to date in 1993; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
There has been one internal promotion to executive officer in my Department during 1993. I hope to make a consequential promotion to clerical officer shortly. There are no staff officers employed in my Department.
My Department was not in existence prior to 1993.
