Vol. 436 No. 1

Written Answers. - County Westmeath Road Reclassification.

Willie Penrose

Question:

126 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for the Environment when he intends to reclassify the road leading from Dalystown to Tyrellspass as the N52 in view of the fact that this application has been submitted for reclassification by Westmeath County Council some years ago; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The matter is being considered in the context of a review of the classification of the national road network generally which is nearing completion.
