166 Mr. Molloy asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications the reason for the delay in granting a retail travel agent licence to a company (details supplied) in Derry; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
There has been no delay in processing the application. The application referred to was received in the Department on 1 November last. A letter seeking further information from the applicant issued from the Department on 18 November. As soon as a response to this letter is received the application will be processed as quickly as possible.
