37 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Justice when the civilian computer expertise which the Garda Corporate Strategy Policy Document suggest should be recruited without delay for the successful implementation of the information technology plan for the Garda Síochána is likely to be recruited.

Discussions are ongoing between my Department, the Garda authorities and the Department of Finance with regard to the implementation of the Garda information technology plan, including the question of recruiting civilian computer expertise.
