I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 20 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Eoin Ryan — Matters arising from the recent meeting between the Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise and Employment with Special Responsibility for Labour Affairs and one of the main banks in relation to changes in current account charges; (2) Deputy Durkan — When unemployment benefit or assistance will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who has not received any payment since early autumn; (3) Deputy Eamon Ó Cuív — The need for facilities in County Galway for the education of physically handicapped children from the western region who at present have to attend school in St. Mary's Hospital, Baldoyle, Dublin; (4) Deputy Frances Fitzgerald — The collection of data and information on HIV infection; and the implications for future Government policy; (5) Deputy Deenihan — The urgent need to provide the necessary finance to enable the Southern Health Board to provide a kidney dialysis unit at Tralee General Hospital; (6) Deputy Theresa Ahearn — The delay in the provision of an extension at Scoil Ruáin, Killenaule, County Tipperary; (7) Deputy Gregory — The recent widely published assertions that agents of M15 are operating in the State; and the serious implications of these assertions in the context of Article 2 of the Anglo-Irish Agreement which provides that the authorities of each State must operate within their own jurisdiction.

The matters raised by the following Deputies have been selected for discussion:- Deputies Eoin Ryan; Frances Fitzgerald; Éamon Ó Cuív; and Theresa Ahearn.
