Vol. 436 No. 7

Written Answers. - Coolbock (Sligo) National School.

Edward Nealon

Question:

234 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for Education if she has satisfied herself with the standard of school buildings currently in existence at Coolbock national school, Coolbock, Riverstown, via Boyle, County Sligo, roll number 16780; the plans, if any, she has for the improvement of the standard of accommodation now available to pupils and teachers in this school; if she intends to take any action; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

An application has been received in my Department from the school authorities of Coolbock national school County Sligo for grant-aid towards a major refurbishment of the school premises. This application is under consideration at present and my Department will be in contact with the school authorities in the matter as soon as possible.
