85 Mr. McCormack asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when applicants for new or extra sheep quota will be notified of their quotas as this is the ewe breeding season and it is essential for farmers to know what quota they will have; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Flockowners who have applied for reserve quota from the national reserve and whose applications are successful will be notified of the quotas allocated to them within the next three weeks.
