30 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Tourism and Trade if he will provide extra resources for CERT to expand their training programme for personnel for the tourism industry, including hospitality skills, language training, food preparation and presentation.
35 Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for Tourism and Trade if he will provide greater financial resources for Bord Fáilte in 1994 to achieve the aims of their recent marketing plan, including the need for growth in the market for Irish tourism products, growth in off-season demand and to achieve growth in expenditure per capita by visitors; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 30 and 35 together.
The subject matter of these questions falls due to be dealt with in the context of the 1994 Estimates. The Estimates will be published later this week and it would be inappropriate for me to comment on them in the meantime.
