Question:124 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Education when a decision will be made regarding the appointment of a secretary to the Convent of Mercy Secondary School, Kanturk, County Cork.

The details in relation to the expansion of the Programme for Economic and Social Progress secretary/ caretaker scheme in the current school-year have been finalised and I am pleased to let the Deputy know that the Convent of Mercy, Kanturk is one of the schools which will qualify for secretarial assistance.
