Vol. 437 No. 6

Written Answers. - Suspension of Turbary Rights.

Mary Coughlan

Question:

429 Miss Coughlan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when turbary rights will be suspended from deeds belonging to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

Turbary rights over the plot in question are reserved to the Land Commission. I have made inquiries in the matter and I understand that proposals are being prepared for the disposal of these rights.
