Question:81 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for the Marine the plans, if any, he has for the upgrading and development of Killybegs Harbour, County Donegal, during the lifetime of the National Development Plan, 1994-1999.

Plans for the further upgrading and development of Killybegs Harbour will be finalised as soon as the programme for the development of fishery harbours generally under the National Plan has been agreed with the European Commission.
