Michael Creed

Question:

101 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when he will have arrangements made to pay the 1993 sheep headage grant to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

Part of the 1993 sheep headage grant was paid to the person named on 11 November 1993 and the balance outstanding will be paid shortly.

Jimmy Deenihan

Question:

102 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when the first and second instalment of a sheep premium payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Payment of the first and second instalments of the 1993 ewe premium was delayed due to complications linked to separate herd and flock numbers in the name of the applicant. This matter has now been resolved and payment of the outstanding amount due will be made shortly.

Question:

103 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a headage grant will be made available to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

The application of the person named for grants under the 1993 cattle and equines headage scheme is being processed at present and if found in order payment will be made in the near future.
