Vol. 438 No. 4

Written Answers. - County Roscommon Sewerage Scheme.

John Connor

Question:

144 Mr. Connor asked the Minister for the Environment if his Department has plans submitted by Roscommon County Council for the construction of a new sewerage scheme for the village of Ballintubber, County Roscommon, under examination; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that this village, one of the tidiest in Ireland, is severely hampered by the lack of a proper sewage disposal system; and if he will provide funds to commence work on the scheme in 1994.

There is no proposal with my Department for this scheme.
