In 1993 Frank Dunlop and Associates Limited were engaged as public relations consultants to the Department up to 12 January 1993, when their appointment automatically ended on the change of Government. The company provided public relations services on matters related to the responsibilities of the Minister and the Department. The total amount paid to the company in 1993 was £545.81.
