Question:61 Ms Keogh asked the Minister for Enterprise and Employment the number of occupational accidents reported for each of the years from 1991 to 1993; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The information sought by the Deputy is available for the years 1991 and 1992 in the annual reports of the Health and Safety Authority for the years in question, which are available in the Dáil Library. Statistics for 1993, which would include reports of fatal and non-fatal accidents have not yet been finalised by the Health and Safety Authority but will in due course be published in their annual report.
