I move:
That, with effect from 22nd February, 1994, until further notice in the 27th Dáil, Standing Order 19 in relation to a quorum shall apply in relation to Special and Select Committees with the substitution of "Chairman" for "Ceann Comhairle" therein and as if a "lapse of time of not less than 8 minutes" were substituted for the period of times and ringing of division bells referred to therein and similar words shall be construed accordingly.
