Question:

95 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Health if he will give details of the schedule of charges for the issue of birth, death and marriage certificates, indicating whether different charges are made for the issue of copies; and the charges made in instances where an error in the original had to be corrected.

The fees chargeable for certificates issued under the Registration Acts and for the correction of errors in entries in the registers maintained under those Acts are set out in various Statutory Instruments.

The following table lists the information requested by the Deputy:
