88 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for Defence , in respect of the FCA and Slua Muirí, the number of cases taken against his Department in each of the years from 1989 to 1993 involving injuries occasioned by service, whether paid or unpaid, with the Defence Forces; the amounts paid in total compensation each year; the number of cases currently on hand; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
