Question:132 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when 1993 sheep subsidy payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

As the spouse of the person named was the applicant for grants in this case and as he has since died payments now due under the 1993 sheep schemes cannot be made until legal documentation relating to the transfer of the estate of the deceased has been received from the solicitor involved.
