Question:160 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding an application from Wicklow County Council for the provision of a reservoir at Baltinglass, County Wicklow.

Contract documents for this scheme are under consideration in my Department. The question of funding is being examined in the context of the 1994-1999 operational programme for environmental services.
